(Industrial Civil Projects) Location: Dombivli, Thane, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Sales – Industrial Civil Construction Projects) Are you an experienced sales professional with strong exposure to industrial civil construction projects? We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive project acquisition and revenue growth across Maharashtra. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads for industrial civil construction projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, PMC teams & industry stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities across Maharashtra industrial zones. Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, costing, BOQ understanding & negotiations. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales in industrial/civil construction segment. Strong understanding of industrial infrastructure, civil execution and project life cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation & client handling skills. Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for business meetings and site visits. Immediate joining preferred.
