About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of industrial automation products, including Drives, Motors, Electrical Panels, and allied systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically-minded sales professional to build a rewarding career in a core industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for the assigned territory/product portfolio.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial & manufacturing sector.
· Provide technical consultation and solutions to customers, understanding their application needs.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with a team of 6 professionals to contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Graduation in any field but Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field will be preferred.
· 1-2 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within industrial automation, electrical components, or engineering products.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
