Job Description

As a part of Xerox Holdings Corporation, you will be responsible for Indirect Channels selling and management, aiming to maximize the revenue of the organization's products and services through a network of reseller partners such as dealers, systems integrators, value-added reseller (VAR's), distributors, or retailers. Your role will involve selling services and solutions through channel partners and collaborating with client management teams to define, design, and execute various solutions and services initiatives. You will be tasked with developing and executing sale pursuit plans to optimize new and additional signings within a defined set of accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support channel sales pursuits - Develop financial/commercial business plans/cases - Monitor pursuits through risk management and identify areas of opportunity to ensure pursuits are on track - Plan and deliver pursuits by building internal and client sponsorships - Support successful conclusion of pursuits including contract negotiations with clients - Collaborate with internal departments to deliver profitable solutions within deal planning governance - Liaise with other Xerox functions or third-party agents as needed to meet customer requirements - Develop new sales pursuits through existing account teams/pursuits or direct engagements with clients - Understand market dynamics and influences within the sector/service line - Generate innovative ideas, challenge current thinking, and gain stakeholder buy-in when developing solution designs Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge and experience in sales and channel management - Ability to navigate through organizations and become a trusted advisor at various levels - Proven track record of successful sales pursuits and revenue generation - Strong understanding of market trends and dynamics within the industry - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred At Xerox, you will be part of a legacy of innovation, delivering client-centric and digitally-driven technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of today's global workforce.
