The ideal candidates for this position are individuals with a positive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a capacity to take initiative in problem-solving, demonstrating flexibility and honesty. Job Overview: Join our offshore sales team based in India to work with a luxury resort in the United States, catering to travelers worldwide. We are in search of enthusiastic and results-driven sales professionals to play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, driving bookings, and ensuring a superior guest experience from the initial contact. Roles And Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, chats) from potential US-based guests. - Promote vacation packages and resort offerings to drive bookings. - Foster strong relationships with potential customers to convert leads into bookings. - Maintain a CRM system for tracking interactions and sales performance. - Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. - Collaborate with on-site US resort teams for seamless guest experiences. - Address guest concerns or objections with professionalism. - Stay informed about resort promotions, room availability, and pricing. - Work night shifts in alignment with US time zones (EST/PST). Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience (preferably in hospitality, travel, or BPO sectors). - Proficient in spoken and written English communication. - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. - Ability to work independently in a remote/BPO setting.,
