Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Executive in Personal Loan at Bajaj Finserv. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, providing information on available personal loan options, assisting clients in completing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Sales Executive will also be involved in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships. This is an on-site role located in Azamgarh.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of financial products, particularly personal loans
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
