Job Summary:- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for laboratory instruments and services offered by the company. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions or segments. Visit clients including research institutes, laboratories, hospitals, and industries for product presentations and technical discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product solutions. Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and sales contracts. Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and update CRM. Collaborate with the technical and application team for product demos and installations. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in laboratory sales or scientific product marketing preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and technical knowledge are also welcome. Good understanding of laboratory instruments and consumables. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
