Identify and develop new B2B clients in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, institutions).
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and offer suitable product solutions.
Share product samples, catalogs, and quotations as per client requirements.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals with clients.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales service.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market movements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales negotiation and closing skills
Good knowledge of the HORECA segment
Presentation and product demonstration skills
