We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The role involves visiting retail shops and local businesses to promote and sell our products/services, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
● Conduct shop-to-shop visits to promote and sell company products/services.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
● Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
● Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
● Represent the company professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, retail sales, or outbound sales.
● Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
● Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
● Local area knowledge (Nagpur) is an added advantage.
