Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Homes Consultant / Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking interior design services. The Homes Consultant will be responsible for understanding client requirements, explaining our design process, showcasing our portfolio, and guiding clients toward suitable design solutions. This role bridges sales, consultation, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and successful project conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary consultant for walk-in, online, and referral-based clients interested in interior design services.


2. Understand and assess client needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget.


3. Present the company’s services, design process, and past projects effectively.


4. Collaborate with design and project teams to align client requirements with feasible solutions.


5. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations.


6. Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure smooth conversion to confirmed projects.


7. Build strong client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term association.


8. Coordinate with design and execution teams for seamless handover once a project is confirmed.


9. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/conversion targets.


10. Maintain client databases, sales trackers, and reports.


Requirements & Skills:


1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Business / Marketing (preferred).


2. 2–5 years of experience in client consulting, sales, or interior design-related roles.


3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


4. Ability to understand design concepts and explain them to clients in simple terms.


5. Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills.


6. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or similar platforms.


7. Passion for interiors, design trends, and customer engagement.


Preferred Qualities:


1. Client-first attitude with patience and empathy.


2. Ability to multitask and handle multiple leads at once.


3. Collaborative mindset to work closely with designers and project managers.


4. Enthusiasm to grow with the brand and contribute to its expansion.

Experience : Minimum 1 year in the releavant industry

preferably looking for : who has an experience working inna showroom , selling products, interacting with the clients/customers etc


should be excellent in Communication - English , kannada & Hindi

salary : starting from 20k ( depends upon the skills & experience)

location : Door No 18, 3rd B Cross Rd, Chandra Layout Extension II Stage, Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560071

6 days working - sunday will be working & week off will be either wednesday/thursday
