Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Sahid Matangini. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets. Key responsibilities include generating leads, building customer relationships, delivering effective presentations, analyzing customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The professional will also liaise with team members and management to optimize sales processes and performance.

Qualifications

Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele.
Proficient in strategic thinking, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Ability to develop and deliver clear, impactful sales presentations and solutions based on customer needs.
Good understanding of insurance products and sales strategies; experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
Highly self-motivated, team-oriented, and skilled in time management and goal achievement.
Willingness to work on-site and develop a strong presence in the Sahid Matangini region and surrounding markets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
