Sales Executive ( HCV )

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell vehicles by visiting customers at their location and identifying key decision-makers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Promote and establish the SMKN MOTORS brand
• Generate enquiries through cold calls, old customer references, service advisors, banks, opinion makers, and competitor prospects
• Execute sales promotional activities and events
• Follow up on field enquiries and leads
• Present vehicles to customers and explain product features and comparisons
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Explain finance options, schemes, and packages
• Guide customers on vehicle registration, insurance, warranty terms, and preventive maintenance
• Handle customer complaints and resolve grievances professionally
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Collect competitor market intelligence
• Track weekly and monthly competitor sales data using dealership and RTO sources
• Support the Sales Manager with promotional strategy suggestions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
