Location: On-field (Local & Regional)
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Generate room and banquet/lounge sales through corporate and travel agent tie-ups.
Conduct regular field visits to companies, colleges, hospitals, and event organizers for business development.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities.
Coordinate with Front Office and F&B teams for group bookings and events.
Track and report daily sales visits, conversions, and pipeline updates.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a result-oriented approach
Knowledge of local market and corporate clientele
Pleasant personality and professional grooming
