Shift: 9 hours (only for female candidates)

Job Description:
Grip International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh As a Store Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and handle queries.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the necessary products.
• Manage cash transactions and handle the billing process efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks related to store maintenance.
