Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and digital platforms.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable automation and electrical solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project execution and delivery.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, trade shows, and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Business/Marketing.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales, automation, or electrical product sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
