Job Description

You will be joining a creative studio based in Howrah, specializing in Graphic Design and 2D Animation services. The team collaborates with startups, agencies, and established brands to provide visually engaging content and designs that effectively communicate messages. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and approaching potential clients across diverse industries such as marketing, education, advertising, and e-commerce. - Generating leads through various methods including local networking, cold calling, field visits, digital outreach, and follow-ups. - Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable design or animation services. - Collaborating closely with the creative team to ensure seamless handover and delivery of projects. - Creating and delivering sales proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. - Cultivating strong client relationships to foster repeat business. - Meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets and providing regular performance reports. To thrive in this role, you should possess: - Demonstrated sales experience, with a preference for background in design, animation, media, or related fields. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hindi. - Proficiency in presentation and negotiation techniques. - Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets. - Basic understanding of design and animation services (training will be provided). - Comfort with a commission-based work environment.
