Job Title: Sales Executive – Villa Sales
Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru

Experience: 1 to 4 years in Real Estate Sales (preferably Villas or Premium Housing)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales for our premium villa project in Budigere, Bengaluru. If you are passionate about real estate, enjoy client interaction, and are motivated by performance-based growth, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue potential buyers through site visits, inbound queries, referrals, and real estate agent networks.
Conduct walkthroughs and site presentations to prospective customers.
Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions and pricing.
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide post-sales support.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation activities and events.
Maintain sales MIS and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential real estate sales (villa/apartment projects).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Self-driven, organized, and persuasive.
Willing to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
