Architect

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 1 – 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibility, project coordination skills, and the ability to convert client requirements into creative and practical architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve construction issues.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants during design and execution.
• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and design documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Participate in material selection and design presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in architectural design and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.
• Good understanding of construction techniques, materials, and site coordination.
• Strong design and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
