Job Description Division : Sales & BD Job Title: Sales Executive Function: Sales Operations Location: Hyderabad CTC : 3-5 Lakhs Reporting to: VP- Sales & BD Educational Level : M.B.A - Sales & Marketing or similar qualification Working Experience : 1. Minimum 3-5 years in Institutional sales,managing distribution networks in FMCG Industry. 2. Candidates having experience of selling Rice product will be preferred About the organization - Visit us @ www.gourmetpopcornica.in Purpose of the Job The candidate will be responsible for Sales operations , Managing & developing client relationships and coordinate with Internal teams for on-time delivery for all products Deliverables 1.Sales Growth: 1.1. Effective co-ordination and development of Retail Distributors (RDS). 1.2. Monitor and enhance volume of business from existing clients and ensure timely payment collections. 1.3. Implement strategic plans to improve market penetration and customer retention. 1.4. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly & annual targets. 2.Bussiness Development 2.1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. 2.2. Evaluate and optimize sales performance based on the number of new clients added and revenue generated. 3.Market Research and Analysis: 3.1. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. 3.2. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business development strategies. The Key Competencies required for this role are: 1. Business Acumen Understanding of Business, product USP's,etc to drive sales. 2. Team Collaboration Build & nurture relationships within & outside the organisation. 3. Flexibility, Adaptability & Reliability. 4. Result Orientation Ability to achieve challenging targets with urgency. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Telugu & English. 6. Must be willing to Travel
