Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and Dairy society to drive sales in rural areas. - Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty. - Offering guidance and training to dairy farmers to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the designated area. - Enrolling dairy farmers for the services offered by the company. Qualifications required for this position include: - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with farmers and Dairy society. - Experience in field sales, particularly in rural areas, is preferred. - Educational background of at least Higher Secondary (12th Pass). - Prior experience in field sales for at least 1 year is required. - Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time is preferred. Please note that the job type for this position is Full-time, Permanent, Fresher with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus. The work schedule may require day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend availability from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.
