About Us

Padel India is committed to bringing the exciting and fast-growing sport of Padel to India by providing world-class courts, equipment, and customer experiences. We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to manage B2B and B2C sales, covering both product sales and court sales. This role will be key to building our market presence and driving business growth.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong client relationships. The role requires proactive lead generation, consistent follow-ups, and coordination with the marketing team to ensure maximum conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and review potential leads from designated lead sources on a daily basis.
  • Share new lead details with the Marketing Manager for consolidation and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  • Contact and engage with prospective clients, presenting Padel India’s products and services.
  • Nurture and follow up with pipeline leads to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
  • Draft and manage client communications via email and other professional channels.
  • Promote both product sales (sports equipment, gear, etc.) and court sales (B2B partnerships and B2C bookings).
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or service-oriented industries (motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in tracking sales activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and professional email drafting.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,769.71 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
