Job Description Sales Executive About the Role As a Sales Executive at Fusion CX, you will be responsible for end-to-end handling of leads and converting them into successful outcomes. You will be the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring clear information, timely updates, and a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities The primary responsibility is to work on and complete assigned leads end-to-end, manage customer expectations, and provide quick and accurate resolutions within the specified TAT. Maintain a high level of compliance with the standard operating procedures defined by the line of business (LOB). Maintain accurate and updated knowledge of procedures and systems. Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in a short timeframe with limited supervision. Ability to build rapport with stakeholders across the organization. Job Requirements Sales Executive Qualifications & Requirements Graduate: Freshers and candidates with 0 6 months of experience. Experience in sales or service (preferably in the automobile or BPO industry) will be advantageous. Basic English and Hindi communication required Effective communication with comprehensive skills, including: Strong verbal and written communication Active listening and problem-solving Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Clear and concise articulation of ideas and solutions Customer centricity and strong listening skills Flexibility to work in shifts with rotational offs
