Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue. Identify and approach potential clients, generate leads, and close deals. Manage inventory, maintain showroom displays, and ensure an organized workspace. Handle promotional activities, social media marketing, and brand awareness campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders. Conduct market research and provide insights for product positioning and sales growth. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion. Requirements: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the furnishing or home decor industry is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and branding strategies is an advantage. Ability to work independently and meet business goals. Passion for interior design, home decor, and aesthetics is a plus.
