Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new franchisee partners through effective B2B sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and assess competition.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective franchisees.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract potential franchisees.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the franchise network.
• Provide ongoing support and training to new franchisees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our franchise opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  1 to 3 years

  of experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of franchisee acquisition processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
