Job Summary:

• We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive / Lead Generator to support our business
• development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating
• contact, qualifying leads, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Conduct research to identify potential clients and market segments.
• * Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• * Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and client information.
• * Schedule meetings and product presentations for senior sales staff.
• * Follow up with prospects regularly to move them along the sales pipeline.
• * Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
• * Coordinate with marketing for campaign feedback and improvement.
• * Prepare weekly reports on lead status and conversion metrics

Requirements:

• * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• * Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
• * Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
• * Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus.
