Sales Executive (FMCG field)

SALES EXECUTIVE- FMCG Field

We are looking for a dynamic FMCG Sales Executive to drive field sales, build strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation skills, and be self-motivated to work independently. Knowledge of FMCG products and market trends is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and client meetings.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare and present business proposals and contracts to generate additional revenue.
• Respond to and coordinate all sales inquiries in line with company procedures.
• Present and promote products and services to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in FMCG sales, retail, or field sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident & Soft-Spoken
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Should have negotiation skill and dealing with complaints

Education:
Graduationdesired - MBA in sales & marketing

15k-30k depend on experience & interview performance
