Fitness Tycoon is a growing fitness and wellness brand committed to transforming lives through health, discipline, and fitness excellence. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to driving growth. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads through calls, references, and social media. Convert prospects into clients by explaining fitness plans, offers, and services. Maintain strong follow-ups with potential and existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Handle client queries and provide the best possible solutions. Work closely with the HR & Operations team to ensure client satisfaction. Keep daily/weekly sales reports updated and share with management. RequirementsMinimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass with good communication skills. 0–2 years of experience in sales/telecalling (freshers with confidence may also apply). Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness industry preferred. Must be target-driven and self-motivated. What We OfferSalary: ₹12,000–₹30,000 CTC (depending on experience & skills) + attractive incentives. Opportunity to grow in the fitness industry with performance-based promotions. Training and guidance from industry professionals.
