Key Responsibilities Student Support & Sales -
● Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
● Guide prospective students through the enrollment process with empathy and expertise.
● Understand student needs and recommend suitable finance programs to help them reach their goals.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead follow-ups and closures.
Outbound Engagement -
● Conduct proactive outreach to potential students and explain the value of our courses.
● Follow structured sales processes and use a consultative approach to enroll learners.
Relationship Building & Collaboration -
● Build meaningful relationships with students to foster trust and retention.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns, offers, and promotions that drive enrollments.
Market Awareness
● Stay updated on finance certification trends, competitor offerings, and student needs to deliver relevant advice.
