Sales Executive (Field Work)

We are looking for a Sales Executive to assist in the expansion of our business activities. As a Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting market research to pinpoint potential sales prospects, actively pursuing new sales leads through methods such as cold calling and networking, arranging meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, presenting our products and services effectively, creating regular reports with sales and financial data, managing stock availability for sales and demonstrations, representing the company at exhibitions or conferences, closing deals, handling customer complaints or objections, collaborating with team members to enhance overall performance, and gathering feedback from customers or prospects to share with internal teams. Requirements and skills: - Preferred knowledge in IT - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a related role - Proficiency in English - Excellent command of MS Office - Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation strategies - Quick learner with a passion for sales - Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results - Ability to deliver compelling presentations This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits. The work schedule is during the day shift. Applicants should be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate near Hindustan Times, Phase 8b, Mohali for work. The preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree. Experience in field sales, communication skills, and overall sales for at least 1 year is preferred.
