Ltd Shift Timing: 7 PM – 5 AM (Night Shift) Break: 1 Hour Paid Leave: 1 per Month Performance Bonus: Yes Key Responsibilities: Book Loads – Secure profitable freight loads for our trucks. Sales Strategy – Develop and implement effective sales plans. Client Handling – Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and shippers. Negotiation & Coordination – Ensure competitive rates and smooth load scheduling. Target Achievement – Meet and exceed sales goals to maximize company revenue.
