Sales Executive

You are a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience, seeking to join our team in Salem, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. You should possess prior experience in B2B or B2C field sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to cultivate strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned territory, promoting and selling company products/services, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, conducting market research, maintaining and expanding the client database, providing after-sales support, and preparing daily reports on field visits and customer interactions. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, have 2+ years of proven field sales experience, exhibit strong negotiation and closing skills, be self-motivated with a results-driven approach, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be willing to travel extensively within the region, and preferably have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund and a compensation package that includes a performance bonus.
