Sales Executive – Electrical Wholesale & Distribution

Job Title: Sales Executive – Electrical Wholesale & Distribution Location: Chennai / Field Sales (as applicable) Industry: Electrical Wholesale & Distribution (LED Lights, Switches, Wires, Accessories) Experience Required: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with electrical knowledge can apply) Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any Degree Basic knowledge of electrical products is an advantage Job Responsibilities: Visit electrical retailers, counters, builders, and contractors regularly Promote and sell LED lights, switches, wires, modular accessories, and related products Generate new dealer counters and maintain existing customer relationships Take orders, follow up on dispatch, payment collection, and customer satisfaction Explain product features, schemes, pricing, and offers clearly to customers Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth Coordinate with office team for billing, stock availability, and delivery Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and demand trends Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skills Basic calculation and billing understanding Ability to travel locally for field sales Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, calling, simple reporting) Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives Travel Allowance (if applicable) Sales Target Bonus Growth opportunity in a stable distribution business Preferred Candidate: Experience in electrical wholesale / distribution / hardware sales Local area knowledge Honest, hardworking, and result-oriented
