Sales Executive (Earthmoving Equipment's)

Location - JAIPUR , AHMEDABAD

*2–5 years of experience in Earthmoving/construction equipment sales.

• Identify potential customers in construction, mining, road projects, infrastructure, and rental sectors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, trade shows, and networking with contractors & builders.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets for machines and attachments.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Act as a point of contact between the company and clients for sales, service, and support.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
• Share inputs with management to develop better sales strategies.
• Work closely with service and spare parts teams for after-sales support.
• Coordinate with finance for customer loan/lease approvals.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of earthmoving/construction equipment.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical understanding of machines and ability to explain features.
• Customer relationship management.
• Market awareness & competitor tracking.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
• MBA in Sales/Marketing (added advantage).
• 2–5 years of experience in earthmoving/construction equipment sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
