Role: Sales Executive Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various offline & online channels. Conduct property visits and site tours with prospective clients. Build strong relationships with potential buyers and investors. Assist clients in understanding the property buying process and documentation. Provide accurate information on pricing, market trends, and property features. Coordinate with internal teams and property owners for smooth transactions. Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close sales effectively. Requirements: 02 years of experience in sales (Real Estate/BFSI/FMCG preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.
