Role Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales in the assigned city
  • Appoint and handle distributors & retailers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure product display, visibility, and market coverage
  • Conduct regular market visits for order booking and follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
  • Track competitor activities and update the company

Requirements:

  • 2-10 years of FMCG sales experience (Namkeen/Snacks preferred)
  • Strong distributor/retailer network in the respective city
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Own vehicle preferred
  • Open to

    commission-based working model
