Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, nurturing potential students, and maintaining strong relationships with aspirants and parents to ensure an excellent experience throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and call notes.

Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to execute admission strategies.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.

Conduct counseling sessions and explain the benefits, features, and USP of Dhyeya IAS courses.

Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email for nurturing and conversions.

Participate in offline and online promotional events, webinars, and seminars when required.

Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive brand experience for every student interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (upsc background/Sales preferred).

Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or counseling (preferably in the education sector).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).

Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.

Strong understanding of CRM and lead management tools.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Good coordination and reporting abilities.

Positive attitude and team player.
