📍 Location: NOIDA (Delhi NCR) | 🕒 Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to represent our premium Dental Loupes and Handpieces in Delhi NCR. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales or optometry, who is passionate about dental technology and eager to build long-term relationships with dental professionals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our range of Dental Loupes (ergonomic, customised) and Dental Handpieces (contra-angle, air motors, high-speed handpieces, etc.).

• Conduct product demonstrations and training for dentists, clinics, and institutions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term B2B relationships with dental professionals.

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement.

• Achieve sales targets and prepare timely sales reports.

• Represent the company at dental exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent pre- and post-sales service.

🎯 Qualifications:

• Optometrist candidates preferred (experience in optics/vision ergonomics will be a strong advantage).

• Proven sales experience in dental/medical devices (experience with loupes, microscopes, or handpieces is highly desirable).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to independently manage sales cycles and deliver results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry, Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.

• Prior exposure to working with dentists, clinics, or hospitals is a strong plus.
