Sales Executive - Dental Loupes & Handpieces

Role Overview: You will be responsible for representing the premium Dental Loupes and Handpieces of the company in Delhi NCR. Your role will involve promoting and selling the range of dental loupes and handpieces, conducting product demonstrations and training, building and maintaining B2B relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Additionally, you will represent the company at dental exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell the company's range of Dental Loupes and Dental Handpieces. - Conduct product demonstrations and training for dentists, clinics, and institutions. - Build and maintain strong, long-term B2B relationships with dental professionals. - Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement. - Achieve sales targets and prepare timely sales reports. - Represent the company at dental exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences. - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent pre- and post-sales service. Qualifications: - Optometrist candidates preferred with experience in optics/vision ergonomics. - Proven sales experience in dental/medical devices, with experience in loupes, microscopes, or handpieces being highly desirable. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to independently manage sales cycles and deliver results. - Bachelors degree in Optometry, Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus. - Prior exposure to working with dentists, clinics, or hospitals is a strong plus.
