Sales Executive

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing/Sales Executive to join our team. This is a field role, requiring travel within the city and nearby areas to meet clients, promote our product line, and build lasting relationships with nurseries, retailers, and customers. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Decarbon Green Solutions products to nurseries, garden centers, and retail partners. Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Educate clients about product features and usage. Maintain strong relationships with partners and manage local-level consignment sales. Track and report daily field activity, including orders, client feedback, and territory coverage. Support on-ground marketing campaigns and product demonstrations. Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (field work preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with local city areas and nearby regions. Willingness to travel daily for field visits. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, and mobile apps. Graduate degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates). Language: Fluency in Hindi; local dialect and English is a plus.
