Job Description

The Sales Manager position at our client, a leading manufacturer of diesel & gas generator sets in Noida, requires a dedicated and experienced sales professional to drive growth and expand market share. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in domestic and international territories. - Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure. - Specialize in high-value project sales, providing customized generator solutions. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within key industries. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and partners. - Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations. - Perform market analysis and stay informed about industry trends. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction. - Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis. Qualifications and Experience: Required: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in heavy machinery, diesel generators, or industrial project sales. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. - Ability and willingness to travel extensively. Preferred: - Experience in international sales. - Established network of contacts in target industries. - Proficiency with CRM software. - Fluency in a second language is a plus.
