Job Description

Sales Executive (Off-Roll)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive primary and secondary sales of

    cement

    in assigned territory (Belgaum and nearby markets).
  • Identify and onboard new

    dealers, retailers, and sub-dealers

    .
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure repeat orders and timely collections.
  • Conduct market visits, track competition, and generate regular insights.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely delivery and service support.
  • Execute trade marketing activities and schemes at the retail level.
  • Work closely with the regional sales team in for planning and reporting.

Candidate Profile

  • Education

    : Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA/B.Com); MBA is a plus.
  • Experience

    : 24 years in

    cement

    in rural/semi-urban markets.
  • Skills

    : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Other Requirements

    : Should own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within the territory.
