Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) and regional language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and teamwork

Key Responsibilities (KRA/KPI)

• Assist and guide customers with product selection and provide adequate product knowledge
• Drive sales by influencing and converting customers
• Achieve monthly and seasonal revenue targets
• Maintain high visual merchandising (VM) standards in the store
• Address customer queries and ensure smooth follow-ups
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and presentation at all times
• Handle payment transactions and merchandise delivery preparations
• Build customer relationships and ensure retention
• Manage and monitor store inventory
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments
• Explain monthly schemes and convert them into successful sales

Deliver exceptional customer experiences and collect feedback through reviews
