Today, CaratLane is India"s largest Omni channel jeweller, with 165+ retail stores across 66+ cities. In 2016, Titan Company Limited (Tanishq) acquired a majority stake in CaratLane, and today holds a 98% stake. At Bansal Ventures, we manage and oversee the CaratLane branch located in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. While staff will be officially employed under Bansal Ventures, they will receive all the perks and benefits of being a CaratLane employee. Job Title Jewellery Consultant (Sales Executive) No. of Vacancies 2 (1 Male & 1 Female) Education & Qualification A Bachelors Degree (Mandatory) Relevant certificates (if any)will be an added advantage Salary Range 2.3 LPA 2.99 LPA (including 1-month bonus) Key Criteria Willingness to work in any shifts ( 10:00 AM - 07:30 PM) or ( 1:00 PM 10:00 PM ) timings may extend during festive seasons Local candidates preferred Willing to travel to Mumbai or other locations for training (approx. 1 week) Age: 18 35 years Experience: 0 3 years Skills Required Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) and regional language Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.) Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems preferred Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and teamwork Desired Attributes Approachable and people-oriented Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills Ownership and result-oriented mindset Active listener with empathy and service-driven approach Flexible, agile, and open to learning Ability to follow brand guidelines and work schedules Willingness to work extended hours during weekends, festivals, and seasonal peaks Key Responsibilities (KRA/KPI) Assist and guide customers with product selection and provide adequate product knowledge Drive sales by influencing and converting customers Achieve monthly and seasonal revenue targets Maintain high visual merchandising (VM) standards in the store Address customer queries and ensure smooth follow-ups Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and presentation at all times Handle payment transactions and merchandise delivery preparations Build customer relationships and ensure retention Manage and monitor store inventory Collaborate with internal teams and departments Explain monthly schemes and convert them into successful sales Deliver exceptional customer experiences and collect feedback through reviews Job Location Pimple Saudagar, Pune
