Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory or market segment.
  • Visit existing and potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting tools.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer service.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and customer engagement events.
  • Collect feedback from customers and contribute to product/service improvement.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or telesales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
