Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in

    staffing and manpower outsourcing services

  • Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs.
  • Present staffing solutions and company offerings effectively to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and sales reports.


Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience

    in B2B sales, preferably in

    staffing, recruitment, or HR services

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
