Role & responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales Execution
- Act as the primary contact for customers buying or selling pre-owned vehicles.
Protocol Adherence & Process Compliance
- Follow BROTOMOTIVs structured sales protocols and documentation processes.
Inventory Knowledge & Vehicle Evaluation
- Maintain thorough knowledge of available inventory, specifications, and service history.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate sales and lead records in CRM systems.
After-Sales & Customer Relationship
- Follow-up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
