Key Responsibilities Management & ConversionHandle inbound leads from various sources (website, walk-ins, WhatsApp, brokers, referrals).Follow up with potential tenants and convert them into confirmed bookings.Maintain a high lead-to-booking conversion ratio.Client Relationship ManagementConduct property tours (virtual and physical) for prospective tenants.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Blossom Stayz properties.Maintain relationships with brokers, corporate partners, and referral sources.Sales Strategy ExecutionAchieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets.Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.Track and report daily sales activities in CRM tools.Market AwarenessStay updated on competitor pricing and offerings.Provide feedback on customer trends to help shape sales strategy.
