Job Description :
1. Find new business opportunities and customers
2. Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services
3. Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
4. Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities
5. Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
8. Collect feedback from customers
Job Specification :
1. Qualification : Minimum HSC / Graduate (preferred: Marketing, Business, or
Interior Design)
2. Experience : 1–3 years in retail sales (preferably in furniture, interior, or
home décor industry)
3. Skill Required : Strong communication and convincing skills
Good product presentation abilityKnowledge of customized furniture, materials, and finishesBasic computer skills (MS Office, CRM)Negotiation and closing skills
4. Personality Traits : Smart, confident, and customer-friendly
Target-oriented and proactivePositive attitude and good team spirit
5. Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM Monday to Friday
10:00 AM - 09:00 PM Saturday & Sunday
6. Location : Showroom / Field visits for client meetings as required
7. Gender : Male candidate only

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,517.01 per month
