Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year or more experience in sales or customer handling is required.

• Must have good communication skills and a polite tone while talking to clients.

• Should be confident in explaining company products and handling customer queries.

• Must be capable of working under pressure and managing workload efficiently.

• Should be target-oriented and motivated to achieve consistent results.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from the office.

• Contact potential clients and explain product details, pricing, and offers professionally.

• Maintain updated client records, quotations, and order follow-up sheets.

• Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and production teams for smooth processing.

• Achieve monthly target of minimum 20 qualified leads generated through consistent follow-ups.

• Make at least 30 client calls per day to identify potential customers.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share them with the reporting manager.

• Maintain good client relationships and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Handle workload with focus, discipline, and a positive attitude.
