What You’ll Do

If closing deals and creating impact gives you a thrill — step in.

• Generate and qualify leads through field visits, cold calls & campaigns
• Pitch products/services and deliver high-energy sales demos
• Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations & closures
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities via CRM/Excel
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Build long-term customer relationships that bring repeat and referral business
• Share market feedback to help shape sales strategy and growth

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
• Strong communication and convincing skills — both in person & on call
• Hustler mindset with ability to manage field work and telecalling
• Target-driven attitude with resilience and ownership
• Experience with CRM tools/Excel preferred

• Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate — this is an on-site position

• Immediate joiners will be given priority
