About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join Bajaj Finance Ltd as Prime Sales Force (PSF) under the SALPL Prime segment in Pune. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of India’s leading NBFC, where performance and dedication are highly rewarded. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell financial products offered under the SALPL Prime segment. Identify and generate leads through fieldwork and references. Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery. Explain product features, terms, and benefits to customers clearly. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets. Provide regular updates to reporting managers regarding market feedback and activity. Candidate Requirements Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. At least 1 year of experience in any sales domain (BFSI preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready for fieldwork. Basic understanding of financial products is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Gross Salary: ₹17,500 per month Incentives: Performance-based, as per company policy Other Benefits: Travel allowance, career growth opportunities, training support
